Abstract

This is the age of humanism. In the post-digital era, where artificial intelligence is encroaching on spaces that were previously the domain of humans, a commitment to multiple intelligences—which arise solely from the study and cultivation of relationships—is indispensable.

With this premise in mind, Carmen Marta-Lazo and José Antonio Gabelas-Barroso—advocates of the term TRIC, which differs from the instrumentalist ICT model due to the “R” for the Relational Factor—publish in their post-digital dialogues an adaptation of this construct to new approaches. These are the approaches that, through transmedia, engage with the media and the spaces in between, helping to refocus their relational model for social transformation.
