Influencia de la apelación del mensaje en la atención. Un estudio de eye-tracking

Resumen

El presente estudio analiza la efectividad publicitaria utilizando una metodología de seguimiento ocular. La investigación analiza las diferencias en la atención según el tipo de apelación del mensaje (agradable, neutral y desagradable), evalúa el papel moderador de la preocupación por el problema medioambiental y el enfoque regulatorio. Los resultados muestran que, los estímulos textuales negativos son los que mayor atención reciben, además en participantes con baja preocupación medioambiental, los estímulos de baja elaboración captan antes la atención. En general, los participantes más preocupados por el medioambiente, se fijan más rápidamente en términos de tiempo y frecuencia en estímulos que requieren mayor grado de elaboración. El trabajo también presenta recomendaciones en materia de elaboración de campañas de difusión de energías renovables (EERR) a través de medios que utilicen publicidad digital.

Diego Gómez-Carmona, Universidad de Cádiz

Doctor en Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales por la Universidad de Granada. Profesor Sustituto Interino en el Departamento de Marketing y Comunicación, en la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales y de la Comunicación de la Universidad de Cádiz. Es miembro investigador del Instituto de Investigación Universitario para el Desarrollo Social Sostenible y forma parte de la Comisión de Investigación del INDESS. Su línea de investigación principal es la neurociencia del consumidor. Sus trabajos más recientes han aparecido en revistas indexadas en JCR, como Physiology & Behavior, Environmental Communication o Foods y se han presentado en conferencias internacionales como AEMARK o el Congreso Hispano-Lusitano de Gestión Científica.

Francisco Muñoz-Leiva, Universidad de Granada

Catedrático de Comercialización e Investigación de Mercados y doctor en Ciencias Empresariales por la Universidad de Granada (España). Aunque su principal interés de investigación es el comportamiento del consumidor de Internet y la aceptación de Internet, también ha publicado trabajos sobre otros temas. Alberto Paramio, Universidad de Cádiz

Profesor del Departamento de Psicología de la Universidad de Cádiz. Se graduó en Psicología en la Universidad de Cádiz y realizó el Máster Interuniversitario de Iniciación a la Investigación en Salud Mental. Además, es Experto en Estadística en Estadística Aplicada a Ciencias de la Salud por la Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia en colaboración con la Escuela Nacional de Sanidad y el Instituto de Salud Carlos III y ha trabajado como Investigador Titulado Superior en el Grupo PAIDI MELES CTS1019 en labores de apoyo a la docencia, metodología de investigación y análisis estadístico. En la actualidad, está realizando su doctorado en Ciencias de Salud en la Universidad de Cádiz. Es miembro del Grupo PAIDI INTELIGENCIA EMOCIONAL HUM843 y desarrolla su actividad investigadora como miembro asociado del Instituto Universitario de Investigación para el Desarrollo Social Sostenible (INDESS) y The International Society for Research on Emotion (ISRE).

César Serrano-Domínguez, Universidad de Cádiz

Profesor titular de marketing y comunicación y doctor en ciencias económicas y empresariales por la Universidad de Sevilla (España). Su principal línea de investigación son las estrategias de comercialización de productos en el medio digital. Sus trabajos recientes han sido publicados en revistas de alto impacto y ha participado en diferentes congresos nacionales e internacionales. Además, ha sido investigador principal de varios proyectos internacionales como: El estudio del mercado francés del aceite de oliva: criterios de calidad y estrategias a seguir para la penetración en del aceite de oliva español.
