Since 2021, Vivat Academia has operated under a continuous publication model. Articles are published individually online as soon as they have successfully completed the editorial process and are ready for publication.

The journal publishes one annual volume, corresponding to the calendar year, with a maximum of 20 articles. Each article includes its individual publication date.

Once the maximum number of articles established for the current year's volume has been reached, accepted manuscripts that have successfully completed the editorial process will be published in advance and assigned to the following year's volume, in accordance with the Early Access policy.
