Abstract

With the idea of giving a complete picture of the true meaning of the resurrection of the University Alcala, Jose Morilla illustrates in these pages about the disproportionate difficulties that arose after the decree of its creation, due mainly to the absolute inability of the Government then to recognize that a new university was born, and not an appendage of the Central de Madrid.
